You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against sgp368. All disputes must be brought individually, and you may not consolidate your claim with the claims of others.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which sgp368 operates. To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration as described in Section 9.
All content on the sgp368 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of sgp368 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from sgp368.
The sgp368 name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to sgp368. Use of these marks without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If your Account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, we may charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or close the Account and return any remaining balance to your registered bank account.
sgp368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide verification documents, repeated bonus abuse, or engaging in prohibited activities. Upon Account closure by sgp368, any remaining balance will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to us, provided your Account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.
sgp368 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of sgp368 services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
